A telephony solution, like those offered by Cisco or Avaya, refers to a comprehensive system enabling complex voice communication between the organization and the customers. These solutions go beyond basic phone systems and often integrate with other communication and collaboration tools.
From design to implementation, we led the Avaya cloud migration for a financial services provider and the Cisco upgrade for another big financial player. As Project Manager and Architect, we managed the entire process and successfully delivered the systems.
